Reconnect, open the reader and PDF once, wait for it to finish loading, then reopen the installed experience. Private-browsing modes may not retain application data reliably.
I cannot install it
Installation controls vary by browser. Use Safari’s Add to Home Screen on iPhone or iPad. Chrome and Edge offer Install App or Add to Home Screen where supported.
Pro is asking for access again
Return through the Pro button on your purchase confirmation page. If you still cannot enter, contact support and include the email used for the Stripe purchase.
Search does not find a phrase
Search depends on text embedded in the PDF. Scanned image-only pages may not contain searchable text.
